Pre-set table settings complete with custom menus, custom pins, and clean & rustic table decor.
After working with the Event Organizer to choose rentals that matched the unique feel and vision for the event, our team of Event Specialists organized all the rentals for the event including food related equipment needed but also tables, chairs, linens, plateware, flatware, and glassware.
The event kicked off with passed apps that everyone enjoyed!
Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Terrine garnished with Fresh Herbs were just one of the apps selected.
Few dishes plate better than a Seared NY Strip Steak. Our classically trained chefs served with Napolito Pico, Roasted Broccolini with Meyer Lemon Butter, and Herb Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes. Mic drop.
Our Executive Pastry Chef was also on-site to showcase Edible Chocolate Terrariums with Brownie Crumble, Chocolate Rocks, Meringue Cookie Succulent, & Edible Flower Garnish.
