Group ordering is a fun and easy way to allow your guests to choose their own sandwich, salad, and drink option for your next event. By following the below guide, you can create a group order and simply send a link to each guest to join. Then choose to either pay for the event yourself or allow each member to pay for their own selections separately for events on a budget!

Note, group ordering works best for sandwich and salad menus. For hot buffets, apps, or special events, please call or email us directly and we will build a custom proposal specifically for your event.
Step 1: Create Account
If you haven't already created an account, it's easy to do so! Select "Create A New Account" from the Login tab and enter your contact information.
Step 2: Start New Group Order
After logging in, select "Start A New Group Order Now" from the top right hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Select Delivery or Pickup
Note, a delivery fee will be added to each delivery order.
Step 4: Choose A Future Date & Time
Note, orders must be finalized and placed a minimum of 3 days in advance. If your event is less than 3 days away, please call to see if Vanilla Orchid has the capacity to add a last-minute event.
Step 5: Choose Payment Method
This step is important, this is where you can select to either a) pay for the event in total yourself or b) have each member pay for their order portion individually.
Step 6: Send URL link to Invitees to Place Their Orders
You can email the URL link to your guest list. Anyone with the link will be able to create an account and add an order to the group order. Individuals can place orders up to 3 days before the date of the event.
