We are really happy to have catered the wedding reception of Steph & Daniel!
For cocktail hour, we had a spread of Seasonal Fruits, Artisan Cheese and aGrilled Vegetable Platter with Hummus and Pesto Aioli.
The meal was served Family Style. The menu included The Vanilla Orchid Signature Salad, Greek Caesar Salad, Tequila Lime Chicken with Pineapple Pico & Jalapeño Aioli, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans Almandine. We had a Beverage Station with ice cold water, iced tea and strawberry lemonade for the guests to enjoy.
The couple had three cakes for their wedding. one Mexican Vanilla Cake with Raspberry Jam & White Chocolate Icing (Gluten Free & Dairy Free), one Strawberry Cake with Vanilla Filling & Vanilla Buttercream and one Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel Filling & Vanilla Buttercream.
