Jessica Chambers is a Sous Chef at Vanilla Orchid. She is a master at capturing the senses. Her meticulous approach to the plating and display of each menu is the final touch to cultivating a delightful experience. She is quick on her feet and enjoys the fast pace and variety that life as a Chef provides.
Jessica is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Austin in Applied Science. She is also TABC trained and certified. Jessica's skill in creating the perfect ambiance and tone for an event comes from her vast leadership experience in Event catering. As a Lead Event Chef at 34th Street Catering, she managed a small kitchen staff and worked directly with the Executive Chef to create menus and manage food costs. Her leadership experience also includes Event Supervisor at the RK Group where she worked primarily with corporate accounts and Catering Events Coordinator at The Upper Decks.
